The Amazing Opportunity with Beachbody!!

Why did I sign up as a Beachbody coach?
1. To keep myself accountable, yes I still need my Beachbody team and my challengers to help me make the right health and fitness decisions each day!  You all know that I have an issue with junk food and still do love it but do not want to go back to eating it everyday and definitely not multiple times a day!
2.  I want to help others reach their own health and fitness goals by eating clean and working out.  In less than 2 months of being a coach I can already see that I am helping myself and others!!  I honestly feel so blessed that my friends have picked me to be their coach and take a step towards reaching their health and fitness goals.  My first challenge group is wrapping up and my next challenge group is starting on Monday, Aug 31st.  I went from 4 ladies in my first group to 12 in my second group!!  Ladies you know who you are and I can't wait to see you all rock this challenge group!!

During my first month as a coach I focused on getting training from my up-line and learning the ropes as a Beachbody coach.  The last 4 weeks I have started to see the amazing business opportunity that Beachbody has to offer and what you can make as a Beachbody coach!  I received my 4th paycheck on Thursday as a coach and I doubled what I made from my first week!!  I was truly blown away by this.  I am so excited to be part of the dream team with the #1 Coach in Beachbody and I was pretty excited to see that I was her number #2 Top Producer Coach for the past week!!


Why am I sharing all of this with you?  I want you all to see that anyone can do this.  I am super crazy busy (wife, mom of 2 boys, work a full-time job and I am a Silpada jewelry rep) and I am doing it!  I know that you all can do this too!!  You have the option to join my amazing team and get a 25% discount on your shakeology each month and future fitness programs or you can work the business like I am and put some extra cash into your pocket!!  It's a Win Win either way.

Here is an example of what you can make in just two short years of being an active coach.  This is from a coach that is just two levels above me.  She was able to leave her full-time job as a nurse at the age of 29 and be a full-time Beachbody coach!!

I am not making anywhere near what she is making but I sure am going to try my hardest to get there by Aug 2017!!  You can't tell me you wouldn't love to make that kind of money while helping others reach their health and fitness goals!!

3-Day Refresh Results

Sorry that these are a little late, I wanted to get them posted yesterday but did not get a chance!!

I survived the 3-Day Refresh and I know you can too!!

Here are my results:
I lost 2 pounds in 3 days and a 1/2 inch around my waist.  I know that this does not sound like much but for me it was.  I personally was not looking to lose a lot of weight with this cleanse.  I really just wanted to give my body a break from having too many cheat days!!

3 Day Refresh - Day 3 (Last Day)

Day 3 is now complete!!
It really wasn't that bad/hard but I can't wait to have some protein tomorrow!!  
I missed my daily dose of egg whites :)
 I tend to stick with the same meals that I like and don't mix things up.  Maybe that is why I am so excited to have eggs for breakfast. 
 It was nice to give my body a little cleanse/detox.


I started the day off again with another big glass of H2O (8-10 oz is suggested).  

One hour later I had my Strawberry Shakeology with a peach.


Next up was the optional morning tea.  I was out of my green tea and did not have it this morning (my Teavana shipment arrived this afternoon).

I had the Fiber Sweep (digestive health drink) around mid-morning.


Lunch was the same as Day 1 and 2 = Vanilla Fresh (very similar to the Vanilla Shakeology) with 1/2 a peach and a spinach salad with the other 1/2 of peach and olive oil for dressing.  


Afternoon Snack was celery, red peppers and hummus.


Again I had the same as Day 1 and 2 = Vanilla Fresh shake blended with water and ice and a big plate of stir-fry vegetables.  



Day 3 was another successful day!!  

Looking forward to seeing what my end results are in the morning!!

3 Day Refresh - Day 2

Glad to have Day 2 in the bag!!  I pretty much ate and drink the same as Day 1.  I was happy to see the scale go down 1.5 pounds from yesterday morning :)


I started the day off again with another big glass of H2O (8-10 oz is suggested).  

One hour later I had my Strawberry Shakeology with a peach.


Next up was the optional morning tea.  I had 8oz of green tea.  

I had the Fiber Sweep (digestive health drink) one hour after green tea.


Lunch was the same as Day 1 = Vanilla Fresh (very similar to the Vanilla Shakeology) with 1/2 a peach and a spinach salad with the other 1/2 of peach and olive oil for dressing.  

Afternoon Snack was celery, red peppers and hummus.


Dinner was a little late today but I ended up having the same thing as Day 1 = Vanilla Fresh shake blended with water and ice and a big plate of stir-fry vegetables.  



Day 2 was another successful day!!  One more day to go!!

3 Day Refresh - Day 1

Today was my first day of the Beachbody 3 Day Refresh!  


I have done this program in the past but never stuck with it or gave my 100% when doing it.  This time is definitely going to be different!!  

I started the day off with a big glass of H2O (8-10 oz is suggested).  

One hour later I had my Shakeology with a peach (this is nothing new, it is one of my favorite meals everyday).  

Next up was the optional morning tea.  I had 8oz of green tea.  

The next Mid-Morning "snack" is the Fiber Sweep (digestive health drink).  Now this is no Shakeology but it is part of the program and kept me satisfied until lunch!!


Lunch = Vanilla Fresh (very similar to the Vanilla Shakeology) with 1/2 a peach and a spinach salad with the other 1/2 of peach and olive oil for dressing.  


Afternoon Snack was celery and hummus.

Dinner was another Vanilla Fresh shake blended with water and ice and a big plate of stir-fry vegetables.  I was pretty hungry by the time 5:30pm rolled around!



Today was a very successful day and I am happy that I was able to stick to the program!

Dream Big




While enjoying the beautiful weather this weekend, I got to reflect on the amazing Beachbody journey that I have started.  I am dumbfounded at everything that I have accomplished since I signed up just over a month ago.  I have started my first challenge group (the ladies in the group are rocking it and reaching their own health and fitness goals).  I have added two new coaches to my team!!  I have promoted to an Emerald coach!!  I continue to work on my own health and fitness goals.  I have 7 new challenges starting my next challenge group on Aug 31st.  I am truly blessed to be able to help these individuals take a step towards reaching their own health and fitness goals.  To top it off the weekly paychecks that I have been getting from Beachbody are not to bad either!!  We have a 5-day Sneak Peak into becoming a Beachbody Coach, let me know if you would like to be added.

New Beachbody Products!!



I was so excited to receive my new Beachbody products in the mail today!!  First up is the FIXATE - 101 Personal Recipes by Autumn Calabrese.  I am looking forward to trying some of these 21 Day Fix approved recipes with all of you.  Next up is the Shakeology Boost: Focused Energy.  I can't wait to add a scope of this to my Shake tomorrow morning.  They also have a Power Greens and Digestive Health Boost available too!  Last is the 3-Day Refresh. Transformation Tuesday

I am currently in my third round of 21 Day Fix Extreme and I definitely love the way my body is reacting to my new lifestyle.  Over the last 51 days I have been working really hard to step up my fitness program and watching what I am putting into my body each day.  I am not perfect and have had my share of cheat days but I am so happy with the results I have been seeing.  I never thought that I would be able to have abs after having kids and I always thought that it would take forever to get them.  Well...I am hear to prove to you that you can definitely have abs after having kids and it does not take a long time to achieve them!!

I am sure you are all wondering what I am doing to achieve these kinds of results?!  
It is simple, I do the 21 Day Fix Extreme 30 min workout.  I also mix it up with running.  I eat clean and use the 21 Day Fix food guide and containers.  I drink 1/2 my body weight in oz of water each day.  I drink one shakeology shake everyday.

This is NOT a diet!!  

I have never once felt like I have been on a diet.  This is simply a new health and fitness lifestyle that I have decided to follow.
